Hi, I'm Sam! 👋

I'm an AI Engineer, Robotics Enthusiast, and a writer at heart — living in the small but beautiful city of Westfield, New York, right near the shores of Lake Erie.

But my journey here wasn't a straight line. Let me take you back a bit.

🦠 The Corona Turning Point

Before the pandemic, I had a steady job. A "safe" job. I was working indoors every day, doing the same thing, watching the clock.

Then COVID-19 hit.

Like millions of people, I lost my job during the Corona period. It was scary. It was uncertain. But looking back now — it was the best thing that ever happened to me.

Why?

Because losing that job gave me the push I needed to finally chase what I truly loved.

✍️ Finding My Passion Again

I had always loved writing. As a kid, I used to scribble stories in notebooks. As an adult, I buried that passion under bills and deadlines.

When I lost my job, I picked up my pen again — well, my laptop.

I started freelancing as a writer. Slowly, steadily, I built my own little business from my home office in Westfield. No boss. No commute. Just me, my words, and a growing sense of freedom.

But here's the thing — writing alone wasn't enough.

Because I also had another love.

🤖 My Real Passion: AI & Robotics

You see, I'm not just a writer. I'm also an AI Engineer and a Robotics Engineer.

I love building things that think. I love teaching machines to see, learn, and move. I love the magic of making a robot understand the world — even just a little bit.

And that's why I started this blog.
